Delivery and Order Terms
1 GENERAL
These terms of delivery and purchase ("Terms of Service") apply to the use of MOOR-ROOM Oy's online store ("Online Store") and the orders placed through it. By using the Online Store, you accept these Terms of Service and agree to comply with them.
We reserve the right to change or update the content, prices, product selection, or these Terms of Service of the Online Store. In the event of significant changes to our Terms of Service or Privacy Policy, we will endeavor to notify you, for example, on our website.
The Online Store is primarily aimed at consumers residing in Finland. Consumers and businesses residing abroad may also use the Online Store with certain limitations. Businesses are not entitled to the rights arising from consumer protection legislation.
2 ORDERS AND PAYMENT
Terms of Ordering
Making an order requires that you meet the requirements set for placing an order and provide correct and truthful information about yourself. To order from the Online Store, you must be at least 18 years of age.
Any discount or promotional codes are for single use and cannot be combined with other discount codes or offers. Discount or promotional codes will not be credited retroactively.
We reserve the right to refuse an order. A binding sales agreement is not formed until we send the customer an order confirmation confirming the availability of the product and the delivery time. Ownership of the products transfers to the buyer only after the full purchase price has been paid.
Your personal data may be stored in our customer register. More detailed information about the processing of personal data and data protection can be found in the Privacy Policy.
Payment and Payment Terms
All prices in the Online Store are stated in euros and include value-added tax in accordance with Finnish law.
The payment intermediation service for the Online Store is provided by Paytrail Oy, whose terms of service are available here.
Bank Payments
You can use the payment buttons of all Finnish banks. You can pay with the payment buttons of Aktia, Danske Bank, Handelsbanken, Nordea, Oma Säästöpankki, Osuuspankki, POP-pankki, Säästöpankki, S-pankki, and Ålandsbanken. Paytrail Oy will be shown as the payee on your bank statement.
Credit Card Payments
You can pay in the Online Store with Visa, Visa Debit, Visa Electron, MasterCard, Debit MasterCard, and American Express cards. The Online Store uses the international Verified by Visa, MasterCard SecureCode, and American Express SafeKey authentication services. Credit card payments are processed securely using a protected payment form, and the payment card information is not stored in the Online Store's systems.
Mobile Payment Methods
The MobilePay and Siirto mobile payment methods are application-based services that allow you to pay for online purchases by transferring money from your account or making a card payment from your card by approving the payment in the respective application.
Klarna Invoice
We also offer Klarna Invoice provided by Klarna Oy, the terms of which can be found here. Please note that using an invoice or installment payment requires providing a personal identification number and a credit check.
When products are sold and shipped outside of EU countries, the recipient of the product is responsible for local taxes, customs duties, and other comparable costs.
3 PRODUCTS AND PRICES
Product prices include value-added tax. We reserve the right to change prices. Product availability is indicated in the online store. We reserve the right to cancel an order in the event of a clear pricing error.
4 DELIVERY
We deliver products to all Nordic and EU countries. Delivery costs are shown in the shopping cart.
The delivery time is 2-4 weeks from the order. We will notify the customer of any changes to the delivery time. The customer is responsible for the correctness of the information provided.
The estimated delivery date can be found in the order confirmation that we send to your email after the order.
5 RIGHT OF RETURN AND CANCELLATION
Consumers have the right to cancel a purchase made through the online store and return the acquired product within 14 days of receiving the order by notifying the product service provider of the return. The right of return does not apply to products made to order or otherwise customized.
The warranty only covers defects that the buyer notifies the seller of during the warranty period. The buyer must provide as detailed a description as possible of the nature of the defect and the reasons for it.
The product must be returned immediately after the order is canceled.
The returned product must be unused and in saleable condition. All parts of the product must be intact. The returned product must be packaged in its original packaging or in an equivalent manner.
The exercise of the right of return requires a written notice of cancellation to be made to the product service provider, MOOR-ROOM Oy. The notice of cancellation can be made by email to the address stated in the order confirmation. The notice must indicate the consumer's unequivocal and individual decision to cancel the order in question.
You are deemed to have canceled the order within the time limit if you send your notice of cancellation before the expiry of the cancellation period.
In the event of returns and order cancellations, the corresponding sum for the order will be paid to the buyer's account within 14 days, from which any return shipping costs may be deducted.
There is no right of return for products delivered abroad.
6 WARRANTY AND COMPLAINTS
We grant a 12-month warranty on the products.
Complaints must be made within 12 months of receiving the product.
Complaints are processed at MOOR-ROOM Oy, and we will contact the sender of the complaint.
Liability for Defects
The possible warranty does not limit MOOR-ROOM Oy's liability for defects under Finnish law.
The customer must notify the product defect within a reasonable time of its discovery, but no later than 2 months after the product arrives.
If there is a defect in the product, we will always primarily try to repair or replace the product before granting monetary compensation.
The warranty provider must carry out the repairs within a reasonable time of being notified of the defect. The defect will be repaired where it is most appropriate for the warranty provider. Investigating and repairing the defect at the factory may take 2-3 weeks.
7 LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages. Our maximum liability for damages is 50% of the product's purchase price. However, these terms do not limit the rights to compensation based on consumer law.
We are not responsible for delays or damages resulting from an obstacle beyond our control. Such an event of force majeure may include, for example, exceptional natural phenomena, disruptions in traffic connections, labor disputes, or import and export bans.
We are also not responsible for damages caused by disruptions, outages, or changes in the Online Store.

9 GOVERNING LAW AND DISPUTES
These Terms of Service are governed by Finnish law, excluding its provisions on the choice of law.
Any disputes concerning this agreement that cannot be settled through negotiations will be resolved in the Helsinki District Court.
In the event of a dispute, consumers also have the right to request a recommendation for resolution from the Consumer Disputes Board or contact consumer advisory services.
10 INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS TO ONLINE STORE CONTENT
The content of the Online Store, including images, videos, texts, product information, trademarks, and tables, are the property of MOOR-ROOM Oy and/or its partners. Unauthorized use or copying of the content or material of the Online Store is prohibited.
11 PERSONAL DATA AND DATA PROTECTION
We take care to handle and store customer data carefully. More detailed information about the processing of personal data and the data protection of the online store is available in the Privacy Policy.
