Deliveries and Returns

Products from our online store can be ordered and delivered to all Nordic and EU countries. We use an external service provider to carry out deliveries.

Our products are manufactured in the order in which the orders are received. The product-specific delivery time may vary; you can find the delivery time for each product in the shopping cart. After placing an order, you will receive an order confirmation by email. You can find the estimated delivery date in the order confirmation that we send to your email after the order.

Product Returns

We hope you like your MOOR-ROOM product. However, our products have a 14-day return and cancellation right. If you want to return a product, please contact us at info@moor-room.fi, and we will respond within 1-2 business days and send you return instructions. Please note that the product must be unused and in original condition.

The sum of the returned product (less any return costs) will be refunded to your previously chosen payment method. The payment will be refunded after we have received and inspected the returned product.
